Becoming a Member

Becoming a member is easy. You simply notify a board member or the Minister that you intend to become a member of our Society. There are 3 categories of membership: Active member, Associate Member, and Friend.
The requirements of active membership are these:

• To be at least 18 years of age,
• " To publicly declare your affiliation by signing the Membership Book, in the presence of the minister and/or President, Board of Trustees (herein called the Board) or representative of the Board,
• To be in sympathy with the principals of the UUA,
• To pledge annually toward the ongoing expenses of the Society, and
• To commit to volunteering/serving the Society's welfare by attending meetings, teaching, or providing for some needed service or special responsibility as you are able....
