Grafton Drum Circle
Grafton Drum Circle is an evening of open drumming. Everyone is welcome! Each second Saturday of the month, we come together in Fellowship Hall of the UU Meetinghouse in Grafton for the Grafton Drum Circle, an evening of open drumming and percussion. We celebrate the rhythm of our lives, touching the instinctual heartbeat in each other and ourselves.

We play freeform rhythms as well as traditional African, Caribbean, Middle Eastern, and Native American rhythms, songs, and chants in a jam-session atmosphere. No previous experience is necessary; everyone is welcome to come and participate in the joy of community synergy through rhythm. Circle starts at 7:00 pm at the UU Society's Meeting House, 3 Grafton Common, Grafton, MA.

Earth Circle
Earth Circle is an open group of people who gather together to learn about and celebrate the mysteries of the Earth and the energies of the Universe. Typically throughout the year we meet once a month to work with energy and learn about various topics: herbs, chakras, or whatever any member wants to share. We plan rituals and lead one or two Sunday morning services, give input on many others and hold family oriented ritual celebrations, such as our Beltane celebration where we dance the maypole.

We also hold a few adult-only ritual celebrations where we do deeper work. We welcome anyone who is interested; whether in getting information, joining us for a meeting or celebration or just seeing what we are all about. We meet on the first Monday of each month.

Adult Religious Education
In order to foster adult spiritual renewal and growth, this congregation has sponsored a variety of programs. These have included a monthly discussion group, book discussions, Brown Bag lunches with the minister, and adult curricula like the “Cakes for the Queen of Heaven” (which focuses on the female divine), “Aging to Sage-ing,” and “Bible Literacy: Genesis.” In addition, the minister has offered a variety of evening services, which are more reflective and interactive than our usual Sunday services.
Small Group Ministry
Small Group Ministry, a new offering of this congregation, is a program in which small groups of adults gather to engage in structured dialogue. With no more than ten members in each, these groups are facilitated and offer safe place in which to ask spiritual questions, share experiences and ideas, build community, live our values and minister to one another through the power of listening.
